Having just moved to Amsterdam, Lou prepares her new apartment that she will share with her partner, Joel. For now though, Joel is on a trip with an intimate other. Confronted with the complexities of her non-monogamous relationship, Lou shifts her gaze to the rhythms of her new city.
Biography
Naomi Pacifique, Director
Naomi Pacifique is a Swiss-Dutch multi-disciplinary artist. She grew up in Lausanne, Switzerland, and moved to the UK to pursue her multi-disciplinary practice. She graduated from Oxford University with an Mst in Creative Writing and from London Film School with an MA in Filmmaking. Her graduation film, after a room, was awarded the Pardino d’Argento Swiss Life at the 74th edition of Locarno International Film Festival in August 2021, among other awards at International Film Festivals. Across the arts, Naomi’s work interests itself in intimacy and the spaces found there to discover and reinvent both oneself and the environment one is surrounded by. She was part of Berlinale Talents Short Form Station 2022.
